We are committed to working with our clients to choose the appropriate dispute resolution process for their unique situation, including collaborative law, mediation and/or arbitration. We also accept Legal Aid certificates. It is our priority to explore all avenues of conflict resolution with our clients in order to identify appropriate, efficient and cost-effective solutions.
Our commitment to children’s law extends beyond family law and includes legal issues which have an impact on children. We can assist children with education law issues including accommodation, suspensions and expulsions.
